No cancellation charges if canceled before 30 days prior to Check-in, for cancellation received after 30 days to 72 hours prior to check-in one night pro-rata Cancellation charges will be levied including transport charges + taxes and incase of cancellation of any voucher prior to cancellation period there will be transaction & handling charges of 5% to be levied. charges are applicable for amending a reservation during season period. Full cancellation of rooms and transport are chargeable + taxes during festival days, long weekends, Christmas & New Year. There is no refund after the guest arrives/checks in at the resort. No cancellation policy is applicable due to any third party cancellations (Train tickets, Air) and any natural disasters.
