NJP/IXB - Phuntsholing - Thimpu - Punakha - Paro - Phuntsholing - NJP / IXB

Day 01: New Jalpaiguri / Bagdogra - Phuntsholing

Morning arrive at New Jalpaiguri / Bagdogra. You will be picked up from the railway station / airport and transferred to Phuntsholing by surface approx. 160 kms/ 4 hrs. Check-in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: Phuntsholing - Thimpu

Morning drive to Thimpu approx. 178 kms/ 6 hrs. Afternoon you visit National Library, School of Arts & Crafts (former Painting School between 2 - 4 p.m.), Memorial Chorten or be at leisure in Thimpu town. Evening - Visit to Tashichhodzong. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03: In Thimpu

Full day visit the Thimphu Valley from BBS Tower, Mini Zoo, Anim Dratshang (nunnery), Zangthopelri Lbakhang, and Handicrafts Emporium. Overnight at the hotel

Day 04: Thimpu - Punakha

Morning you depart for Punakha by surface approx.77 kms / 3 hrs, (alt. 3150 Mts.). enroute visiting the Dochula Pass. On arrival at Punakha check-in at the hotel. Afternoon - Visit Punakha Dzong and stroll in Punakha town or take a stroll to Khurutang High School. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 05: Punakha - Paro

Morning you depart for Paro by surface approx. 143 kms / 5 hrs enroute visiting Wangdiphodrang. On arrival check- in at the hotel. Afternoon you can go for a stroll in Paro town. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 06: In Paro

Morning you go for a Full-day visit to Drugyal Dzong, enroute viewing Mt. Jhomolhari (alt.7320 mt). Visit National Museum. If time permits, visit/hike to Taktsang Monastery. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 07: Paro - Phuntsholing

Morning depart for Phuntsholing by surface approx. 176 kms/ 6 hrs. Arrive Phuntsholing and check-in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 08: Depart Phuntsholing

Morning you will be transferred to New Jalpaiguri-1 Bagdogra by surface approx. 160 krns/4 hrs in time to proceed for your further destination.
